Livetools offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact Livetools support from inside the app and we will help arrange your refund.

After 30 days

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page; cancellation stops future renewals and you retain access until the end of the paid period. Refunds outside the 30-day window are at our discretion and handled in line with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
